Scope
This policy applies to digital products bought from Yazforge at yazforge.com. These products are downloadable files delivered electronically. There is no physical shipment and nothing is posted to you.
How to contact us about a refund
Send refund and support requests to hello@yazforge.com. To help us resolve it quickly, please include:
- your order number
- the email address used to buy the product
- the product name
- a short description of the problem, with a screenshot or error message if you have one
- the program and version you opened the file in, for example Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
When we will refund you
We will replace the files or refund your purchase where:
- the download never arrived or the download link does not work
- the file is corrupted and cannot be opened
- the file is materially defective, or materially different from what the product page described
- you were charged more than once for the same order
We will usually try to fix the problem first, for example by re-sending your download link or supplying a replacement file. If we cannot make the product work as described, we will refund it.
Where a refund may not apply
Because the product is a downloadable file, we may decline a refund where the download completed successfully and the product works as described, and the request is based on a change of mind, a purchase made by mistake, or the product not suiting a purpose it was never described as serving.
We do not operate a blanket no-refund rule. Every request is looked at individually.
Right of withdrawal for consumers
If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase without giving a reason.
For digital content supplied immediately, that right can end early, but only if two things happen at checkout: you expressly consent to the download starting before the 14-day period ends, and you acknowledge that by doing so you may lose the right of withdrawal. We ask for that consent through a separate, unticked checkbox at checkout, and we record it with your order.
If you did not give that consent, or the download had not begun, your withdrawal right is unaffected and you may cancel within 14 days.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights, including rights relating to digital content that is faulty, not as described, or not fit for a purpose you made known to us. Where this policy conflicts with the law that applies to you, the law takes precedence.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the order. Your bank or card provider controls how long the money takes to appear.
Licence after a refund
If your order is refunded, your licence to use the product ends. Please delete the files and stop using them.
