These terms apply when you buy a digital product from Yazforge at yazforge.com. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you agree to them.
1. The products
Yazforge sells downloadable digital products, such as spreadsheet workbooks and accompanying PDF guides. Each product page describes what is included. The products are practical working tools; they are not legal, financial, security, accessibility or regulatory advice, and they do not constitute any form of certification.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the product page in euro (EUR) and include any applicable tax where indicated at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of the order through our payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card details.
3. Delivery and download access
Delivery is electronic. After your payment is confirmed you receive a download link by email and in your account area. Links are tied to your order and are not for sharing. If a link stops working or you cannot access your file, contact hello@yazforge.com and we will restore access.
You are responsible for downloading and keeping your own copy of the files. We aim to keep download access available but do not guarantee indefinite hosting of any particular version.
4. Licence
Your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable single-business licence. You may use the product inside your own business, use it while delivering services to your own clients, customise labels, scores, notes and branding for your internal workflow, and share a completed output prepared for a specific client.

5. Intellectual property
Yazforge retains ownership of the products, their structure, formulas, layout and wording. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you. You receive a licence to use the product, not the product itself.
6. What you may not do
- resell, sublicense, rent or give away the product, blank or modified
- upload the source files to a template marketplace, public repository, shared drive or download library
- offer the product or its structure as a competing template or digital product
- remove or obscure ownership or licence notices
- claim the product provides official certification or guarantees any legal, privacy, security, accessibility, search-ranking or regulatory compliance
7. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for giving a correct email address at checkout, for having software able to open the files, and for reviewing any output before relying on it or presenting it to a client. Where a decision carries legal, financial or safety consequences, seek qualified professional advice.
8. Conformity and support
We will supply the product as described on its product page. If it is faulty, corrupted or materially not as described, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it. Support is provided by email at hello@yazforge.com. Support covers access, file integrity and how the product is intended to work. It does not include bespoke development, or auditing your own data or website.
9. Compatibility
Workbooks are built for Microsoft Excel. Files can generally be imported into Google Sheets, but some Excel features do not transfer identically, and you should check formulas, dropdown lists and formatting after converting. Differences arising from third-party software are not defects in the product.
10. Refunds and right of withdrawal
Refunds, and how the 14-day right of withdrawal applies to immediately downloadable content, are set out in our Refund & Digital Download Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Where you expressly consent at checkout to immediate access and acknowledge that you may lose the right of withdrawal, that consent is recorded with your order.
11. Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights as a consumer.
12. Statutory rights
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights. Where these terms conflict with the law that applies to you, the law takes precedence.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published at the time of your order is the version that applies to it.
